1. Website and account use
You must provide accurate, current information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected information, or interfere with its operation.
2. Products, availability, and pricing
Fruit is seasonal and naturally varies in colour, size, shape, and appearance. Product photographs are illustrative; these natural differences are not defects. Product descriptions, box weights, prices, discounts, taxes, delivery fees, and availability are shown on the relevant product or checkout page.
Adding an item to the cart does not reserve stock. An order is accepted after we successfully receive and review it. We may decline or cancel an order for unavailable stock, incorrect pricing, an undeliverable address, suspected fraud, payment failure, or legal restrictions. If an accepted payment cannot be fulfilled, the eligible amount will be refunded.
3. Payments
You agree to pay the final amount displayed at checkout. Available methods may include UPI, bank transfer, or a third-party payment gateway. Payment services are also governed by the provider’s terms and privacy policy. Never share an OTP, UPI PIN, CVV, or banking password with us.
A payment acknowledgement does not by itself guarantee order acceptance. If money is debited for a failed or duplicate transaction, contact us with the order and payment reference so it can be investigated.
4. Packing and delivery
Orders are packed for the delivery information supplied by you. You are responsible for providing a complete, serviceable address and reachable phone number. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by harvest conditions, weather, road access, courier operations, public holidays, or events outside our reasonable control.

5. Cancellation, replacement, and refunds
Because fresh fruit is perishable, cancellations and return requests are subject to timing and product-condition requirements. Please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy before ordering.
6. Reviews, content, and intellectual property
If you submit a review or other content, you confirm it is truthful, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. You allow us to display and moderate that content in connection with our services. Website text, photographs, branding, design, and original materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
7. Disclaimer and liability
We work to keep information accurate and services available, but the website may occasionally contain errors or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
8. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory jurisdiction rules, disputes will be subject to courts having jurisdiction in Himachal Pradesh. We may update these terms prospectively; the latest revision date will be shown above.
